Dear Vodafone Ghana - Mafi

Your Network signals in Mafi Adidome, Mafi Kumase, Mafi Srekpe and it's environs is extremely poor. These are the concerns of our people of Mafi, who are active users of your network because of its affordability in terms of airtime and bundle.

Customer's are threatening to move to your other  competitors for better network service. Especially MTN. Because to them,  it's better to pay exorbitant prices and get the best out of it than battling with your EDGE network all the time. Whiles your esteemed company recently came up with 4G. Where is the customer service(s) that you always talk about?

Are you sure your so called slogan is really working on the ground... The future is exciting... Hmm my people think otherwise... 

Is on your record, the number of times we have complained about your poor network in above stipulated areas in the Central Tongu District of Volta region Ghana. 

Kindly attend to this problem as early as possible so we have a swift response.

We are hoping this  request will be considered with immediate alacrity on behalf of the good people of Central Tongu District.
